Do you provide IT services nationwide?
Yes. MRS Technical Solutions offers remote consulting, cloud telecommunications implementation, and selected technology services to businesses throughout the United States.
Do you offer international services?
We may consider international consulting and implementation projects depending on the required services, infrastructure availability, and applicable laws and regulations.
Can MRS install VICIdial on our existing cloud server?
Yes. We can assess compatible customer-owned cloud infrastructure and provide VICIdial installation and configuration services based on the environment and project requirements.
Do we need to purchase servers from MRS?
No. Our telecommunications model allows customers to maintain their own cloud hosting and provider accounts. We supply the implementation and technical expertise.
Can you help with an existing VICIdial installation?
Yes. We offer consulting, configuration assistance, troubleshooting, and optimization for existing VICIdial environments.
Can you set up a business phone system for remote employees?
Yes. Cloud PBX and VoIP technologies can support remote extensions, compatible desk phones, and softphone applications for distributed teams.
Do you provide ongoing support after installation?
Ongoing support and administration can be arranged depending on the system, customer requirements, and agreed service terms.
Do you provide fully hosted monthly telephone subscriptions?
Not at this time. MRS is developing plans for future managed cloud communications offerings. Our current model focuses on consulting, deployment, and support for customer-controlled infrastructure.
Can you train our employees to use the systems you install?
Yes. Training and knowledge transfer can be included as part of a project or arranged as a separate engagement.
